These are professionally developed, tried-and-true recipes created entirely from scratch, produced and sold through my bakery, and loved by my customers. Each has taken months of testing, thousands of dollars in ingredients, countless batches—and apparently about 20 pounds of very dedicated taste-testing—to perfect.

So why am I sharing them? I have no plans to return to retail cookie production. My focus is now 100% on teaching and growing my classes, so I've decided to open my recipe vault and share the recipes I worked so hard to create.
