We believe in being fully transparent about our policies. Because our classes require us to purchase and prepare fresh, perishable supplies in advance, cancellations and transfers result in real costs to our business. Transfer fees help discourage repeated transfer requests, offset the cost of preparing for your reserved seat, and help recover losses when a sold-out class prevents another student from attending.

Complimentary classes (including giveaways, donated gift certificates, vouchers, loyalty rewards, or similar promotions) are not eligible for transfers or credits. If you purchased your ticket using a discount, membership, coupon, or points, any approved credit will be based only on the amount you actually paid. Transfer fees are determined by the original class price before any discounts or promotions are applied.
