$15 Transfer Fee

For classes with an original ticket price of $101 or above (before any discounts, promotions, memberships, or coupons).

This is a non-refundable processing fee, not a physical product. Purchasing this transfer fee does not guarantee your transfer request will be approved.

Important Information

• If you're unsure this is the correct transfer fee, please contact us at info@itsjustacookie.com before purchasing.

• Include the original class name and date you are transferring from.

• You may optionally request a new class by providing the class name and date, but placement is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.

• If you are not ready to select a new class, an approved transfer will be issued as a class credit equal to the amount you originally paid for the class you are transferring from. Credits are valid for six (6) months from the date they are issued. Any unused balance remaining after six months will be forfeited.

• If the ticket price of the new class is greater than the amount you originally paid (after any discounts, memberships, coupons, or promotions), an invoice for the difference will be emailed to you. Your transfer will not be processed until the invoice has been paid.

• If the ticket price of the new class is less than the amount you originally paid, the remaining balance is forfeited. No refunds, credits, or partial balances will be issued.

• It is your responsibility to check for our response and verify that you have received your new class confirmation/ticket. Do not assume your transfer has been approved. If you have not received a new ticket, you are not enrolled in the requested class and should not attend.

• This processing fee is non-refundable, even if your transfer request is denied or you later decide not to transfer.
