Dormant Sour Deaux™ Liquid Sourdough Starter
Our Dormant Sour Deaux™ starter is a live, established sourdough culture that has been placed into refrigeration to pause activity until you're ready to bake. This strong, active starter can typically be revived with two good feedings and is often ready for baking in 2–3 days.
Each starter comes in a small mason jar. While you can maintain the starter in this jar for storage, you will need to transfer it to a larger container once you begin feeding if you plan to build enough starter to bake a full loaf of bread.
