Ready to step into the world of tiered cakes? This class is your complete introduction to building, stacking, and decorating a beautiful two-tier wedding cake from start to finish.
In this hands-on session, students will work on a classic stacked design—a smooth buttercream 6-inch cake stacked on an 8-inch cake, finished in an elegant vintage (Lambeth-style) piping design with buttercream accents.
We’ll cover the real foundations of wedding cake work—not just decorating, but everything that actually makes a cake stable, professional, and worth the price.
