Christmas Vintage Cake Class

What You'll Create

Each student will decorate one tall 8-inch, three-layer celebration cake using traditional Lambeth-style piping techniques. Throughout class, you'll transform your cake into an elegant holiday centerpiece featuring whimsical vintage-inspired details, festive Christmas colors, and beautifully layered buttercream decorations.

We'll be working with rich butter vanilla cake and smooth, velvety Swiss meringue buttercream throughout class.
