Boo Platter Cookie Class
If you’ve ever wondered what happens before the pretty cookies hit the decorating table, this class is for you!
The Boo Platter Cookie Class goes a step beyond our traditional decorating classes and gives you a more hands-on introduction to the prep work behind decorated sugar cookies. You’ll not only decorate an adorable Halloween set—you’ll also learn how cookie dough and royal icing are prepared and handled so you can better understand the process from start to finish.
This is still a decorating-focused class, so students will not be baking during class, but we’ll spend extra time covering the fundamentals that are normally completed for you before you arrive.
