Learn how to create these tricky little cookies from start to finish! We will be exploring the Italian method in this class. My preferred method! We will be taking it a step further with these Egg shapes! I will show you how to create these beautiful eggs that will impress everyone! You will also learn a little about airbrushing!
In this hands-on Demo you will see all the ingredients come together to form the perfect macaron batter. Rachel will fully explain each ingredient and its role with in the recipe. You will see how they are piped and prepped. Do's and Don'ts when preparing macaron batter. How to flavor and decorate them and so much more!
You will leave with 1/2 dozen (that you fill yourself!) and a recipe packet.
