Please purchase the class transfer ticket ONLY after being approved for a class transfer by IJAC via email. "No Call No Shows" prior to class will not be eligible for a transfer. Please note this fee is in place to discourage repeated requests for transfers and cancelations of classes. It also helps offset material and labor costs that were incurred by preparing for your spot.  You can only receive one transfer per ticket if approved. If you can not make it to the new date you were transferred to all monies paid will be forfeited. Credits can only be held for 6 months from date original class was scheduled. Tickets purchased with Loyalty Vouchers (stamp card) or Donated Gift Certificates are not eligible for a transfer.

Transfer Procedure
  • Request Transfer via email. Request must be made prior to class. No Call No Shows are not eligible for a transfer.

  • If approved, purchase correct transfer fee based on the class you can not attend.

  • You have 6 months from the original class date to use your credit. (Not from the date of your transfer request or the date of transfer fee purchase)
