If you accidentally order the wrong cookie kit design, we allow a one-time change request within 6 hours of your order being placed.

• Requests must be submitted within 6 hours of the original order time

• Changes are limited to design swaps only (same product type and value)

• Requests made after the 6-hour window will not be accommodated

All cookie kits are made with real, fresh ingredients (including butter). Because of this, weather conditions—especially heat—can affect the structure of the cookies during transit.

• During warmer months, cookies may soften due to butter content and are naturally more delicate and prone to breakage

• During cooler months, cookies tend to remain firmer and are less likely to be damaged during shipping

By placing an order for a shipped cookie kit, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with seasonal temperatures and shipping conditions.

We take great care in packaging your cookie kits to ensure they arrive safely. However, once an order leaves our facility, shipping conditions are outside of our control.

If your order arrives with significant damage, we will work with you to make it right under the following conditions:

• “Significant damage” is defined as 3 or more cookies being broken or smashed, or major issues such as burst icing bags or compromised contents

• Photos are required as proof of damage:

  • Photos must be taken immediately upon opening the package

  • Cookies must be undecorated in the photos

  • Claims showing decorated, partially eaten, or altered items will not be accepted

• Claims must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after delivery

If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following options (one-time only):

• A store credit equal to the value of the cookie kit

  
  

  OR

• A replacement cookie kit

Please note:

• Customers are responsible for all shipping fees on replacement orders

• We will cover the cost of the kit itself only
