No prior experience is required, making these workshops ideal for mixed skill levels.

Classes can be hosted at your location, including offices, schools, restaurants, conference spaces, or event venues, depending on what best fits your organization’s needs.
Booking Requirements
To schedule a private party class, please review the steps below.
Minimum Group Size
Private parties require either 8 students or a $400 minimum event subtotal.
Minimum applies to the class cost only and does not include tax, damage deposits, or travel fees (if applicable).

Please note we can only host one private event at a time, and a 2–3 hour buffer between events is required to allow for proper cleaning, setup, and preparation. This ensures every group receives the best possible experience.
Choose Your Class
Each class is priced according to the techniques, materials, and instruction involved. All supplies are included, and every student will leave with a project they created themselves along with new skills and techniques they can use again.
Confirm Your Guest Count
Additional students may be added once the minimum has been met. Maximum group size will depend on the space available at your chosen location.
Additional Fees & Deposit Requirements
To reserve your private event, the following fees and deposits may apply:
Damage Deposit (Studio Events Only)
A $75 refundable damage deposit is required for events held at the It's Just a Cookie studio. This deposit is not required for off-site events. Deposits are refunded after the event provided no damage occurs and all studio policies are followed.
Travel Fee (Off-Site Events Only)
Off-site events require a minimum $50 travel fee, which covers locations within a 20-mile radius of the studio. Locations beyond 20 miles will incur an additional $5 per mile. Travel fees are due at the time of booking along with the deposit.
Deposit Requirement
A deposit of 50% of the total event cost or $200 minimum (whichever is greater) is required to reserve your date. Your event date is not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Extended Time Fee
Private events are scheduled for a specific time block. Additional time requested during the event or needed due to late arrival, extended decorating time, or group delays will be billed at $125 per additional hour. This allows proper scheduling for cleanup, preparation, and other booked events.

These are not the only classes we offer. Many private parties are customized based on your group, theme, age range, and skill level.
Each example includes a sample photo, the class title, and the starting price per student to help you understand typical pricing when planning your event. Final pricing may vary depending on design complexity, materials, class length, location, and any custom requests.

Please note that custom-designed classes, including specific themes, specialty designs, or classes that require new design development or additional prep time, may include an additional design or customization fee.
