Sugar Cookie Baking 101

All supplies included

You may bring an apron and a drink.

Students will get to choose 2 cookie cutters upon arrival to use during class and to keep!!

Cookie Dough and Royal Icing lessons included

There may be a break during class of up to 30 minutes. This is contingent upon the skill set of the class.

Bring a light jacket as the classroom can get cold.

Two tickets are offered. Please read carefully.

Class Fee:

Student = One set up per One student $60 (age 12 and older)

"Parent and Me" = One set up per One parent and One child $70

"Parent and Me" ticket are only available for 1 Parent/Guardian and 1 child age 8-15.

Children 12 and older may attend without an adult. Please walk your child to the classroom as you will need to fill out a Release of liability form.

Children ages 8-11 MUST have an adult present. Please choose the "Parent and Me" ticket (NO EXCEPTIONS)

All students 16 and older must hold their own ticket to participate.

Any Students not following the above are subject to being denied entrance into class WITH OUT A REFUND

You will learn:

• How to properly mix sugar cookie dough.
• How to roll out dough at an even thickness.
• How to cut and transfer your cookies without mis-shaping them.
• How to bake them to the perfect light golden color
• With little to no mis-shaping.
• You will learn about Royal Icing. How to mix it, color it and thin it out!
• Many tips and tricks along the way.

Each Student will roll, cut  bake and decorate from start to finish 1/2 dozen sugar cookies to take home and enjoy!!!
