Cookie Lettering 101
Students 12 and older

All supplies included.
Approximately 2.5 hours (contingent upon the skill set of the class.)
Students will practice on an acrylic board for the majority of class. Each student will get 3 cookies to pipe on at the end of class to take home and enjoy.
In this class you will be introduced to various ways to hand pipe detailed lettering on cookies using royal icing. We will go over different consistencies and which ones work best. Pressure piping and traditional lining and flooding. You will learn about many different techniques and tools used to make this task a little easier.
Students may bring an apron,drink and snacks if they wish.
