Students may bring a beverage of their choice and an apron.

Step into a magical world of fairies, woodland charm, and adorable little creatures in this whimsical cottagecore-inspired cookie decorating class.

In this class, students will learn the fundamentals of outlining and flooding cookies, along with a variety of dimensional decorating techniques. We will cover beautiful 3D effects such as florals, moss, wood textures, and other nature-inspired details that bring these fairy cottages to life.

Students will also learn the do’s and don’ts of preparing and handling decorated cookies, tips and tricks for storing royal icing, and how to recognize and use different icing consistencies for specific techniques. Rachel will demonstrate how to achieve a smooth, polished, professional finish.

This class is packed with valuable tips, tricks, and techniques. Each student will also receive a class packet filled with recipes, reference guides, and additional helpful information.

Please note: While some intermediate techniques will be taught, beginners are absolutely welcome. However, this class is designed specifically for students ages 12 and older. Younger children typically do not yet have the patience, focus, or ability to fully grasp the techniques being taught, which can lead to frustration rather than enjoyment.

All class tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable for any reason at any time. This includes cancellations, schedule conflicts, no-shows, late arrivals, illness, or failure to meet class requirements.

By purchasing a ticket, you are reserving a seat in class. Supplies are purchased, prepared, and portioned specifically for each student. Labor is involved in advance preparation and many materials cannot be reused once prepared.

If you cannot attend, you may request a one-time transfer with at least 48 hours notice if space allows, but this is not guaranteed.

Failure to meet class requirements or follow class policies may result in denial of participation without refund.

By purchasing a class ticket, you acknowledge and agree that class locations may change as we continue to grow, partner with local venues, and potentially relocate our primary facility within the Acadiana area.
During this transition period, classes may be held either at our current studio location or at approved partner venues such as restaurants, event spaces, or other suitable locations.
By completing your purchase, you agree to the following:
• Class location may change between time of purchase and class date • We are currently exploring relocation options for our facility, and classes may be held at our current location, a new location, or a partner venue • Any alternate location will be within a 20-minute driving radius of our current studio • Class date and time will not change due to a location adjustment • You agree in advance to the possibility of a location change • No refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be issued due to a location change within this distance • Standard class ticket policies remain in effect
Final location details will always be communicated prior to class.
Our goal is to continue providing the same quality classes, just possibly in a different (but nearby) location as we grow.

By attending class, you grant It’s Just a Cookie / Rachel Noel Designs, LLC permission to use these images without compensation or additional approval.
We encourage students to share their experience! However, we ask that all social media posts remain respectful to our staff, students, and business. Harassment, false claims, or intentionally damaging content may result in refusal of future services.
Recording of full demonstrations, recipes, class packets, or instructional materials for redistribution, teaching, or resale is strictly prohibited. Our classes, techniques, and materials are proprietary educational content.

Not to teach or reproduce our class curriculum for profit
To respect the privacy of other students
Violation of this policy may result in removal from class without refund and refusal of future services.
