Tart Cake Class

Age 12 and up Skill level: All skill sets welcomed!  

Learn how to make this beautiful cream tart letter cake adorned with macaroons, berries, flowers and glitter! Each student will create from beginning to end their own personalized cream tart cake (using white cake for ease of carving) with the letter of their choosing. You will learn how to create your own letter template to use when cutting your cake into the letter you choose. You will also learn the do's and don'ts when adding fresh flowers to a cake. How to properly prep fresh fruit to last longer on your cakes. Each student will receive a packet filled with recipes, tips and tricks to take home as well. This class is going to be packed with color and fun!
