Strawberry Coconut Swiss Roll
Students 12 and older welcomed
All supplies included
Students may bring an apron, drink and snack
Objectives:
-Learn how to fill and roll a thin sponge
-Learn how to used floral ganache for palette knife flowers
-Learn how to use various palette knives
-Learn about color theory and create a cohesive color palette
Students will execute and bring home 1 completed swiss roll that can serve up to 12
