You may bring a drink, snacks and a light jacket.

In this class you will learn how to carve and sculpt with cake and ganache! You will get to utalize some pretty amazing products from Marvelous Molds (impression mats) and The Sugar Art (Elite Colors) that you will get to take home to use again and again!! You will learn all the tips and tricks in working with these amazing products to create a beautiful one of a kind Knit Snow Hat Cake!!

Each student will have their own table, tools and materials along with some one on one time with Rachel as she walks you through step by step.
