Intermediate Skill level (must know how to work with buttercream, basic cake tools such as a bent spatula and pastry bags)

Ever wondered how cake artists get those perfect flush stripes around a cake? Or how to use chocolate for the ever so trendy drip look? Or maybe you just want to see how sparkly gold edible accents are made? Were you curious about delicate buttercream flowers? You will learn all that and more!

Each Student will construct their own full size 8"(Diameter)x 6" (Height) vanilla buttercream cake from start to finish. Will serve roughly 12-16 generous slices
