Whats a "Mini" Class you might wonder? Well its a traditional cookie class that is shorter in class time. 2-2 1/2 hours versus 4 1/2 hours. You will be working with less cookies. So it's perfect for those who just want a little practice or those who don't have time for a full class. The price is more affordable as a bonus!

You may bring an apron and a drink

A Light Jacket is recommended.
