You will learn cake sculpting.
How to work with Modeling chocolate.
How to work with fondant.
How to airbrush and hand paint.
You will learn how to create hyper realistic foods such as lettuce and pickles!
You will learn how to create edible paper and metal trays.
You will learn about isomalt.
And thats just a few things on the list!
This is an ALL WEEKEND CLASS! So bring your apron, drinks and snacks!
