Class times will vary depending on the total skill set of the class.

All skill sets welcomed. Beginner and beyond.

What you will learn

1. How to prep and cut cake

2. How to make flavored poured fondant (Full Demo)

3. Three techinques for covering cake squares in poured fondant (Hands On)

4. How to use buttercream and various mediums to decorate (Hands On)

5. One dozen petit fours will be completed in class for student to take home

In this class you will learn how to make these insanely addicting little cakes from start to finish. This is a "hands on demo" style class. Rachel will show you how to prep your cake, cut into the perfect squares, coat them in a delicous sweet glaze and of course how to decorate them with beautiful tasty accents.

1. Parent and Me

   1. 12 petit fours per One parent and One child

      1. Parent and Me ticket is only available for 1 Parent/Guardian and 1 child under the age of 12.

Children 12 and older may attend without an adult. Please walk your child to the classroom as you will need to fill out a Release of liability form. Please purchase the regular "Student" ticket.

Children ages 8-11 MUST have an adult present. Please choose the "Parent and Me" ticket (NO EXCEPTIONS)

All students 12 and older must hold their own ticket to participate. Please select the regular "Student" ticket.

Any Students not following the above are subject to being denied entrance into class WITH OUT A REFUND
