English Rose Garden Cupcake Class

Students 12 and older

Student Fee: $85

Objectives:

(some but not all listed below)

-Learn how to create appealing color schemes using color theory taught during class intro

-Learn how to color buttercream with various pigments

-Learn how to properly fit pastry bags with various size tips

-Learn how to properly fill pastry bags with buttercream

-Learn how to use various pastry tips such as standard American petal tips

-Learn how to prep cupcakes for flower application

-Learn how to create buttercream flowers and arrangements with no fuss

Each Student gets to choose their own colors making their creation one of a kind!!!

All Supplies are included.

Students may bring a drink, snacks, and an apron.

Students will get to choose between Vanilla or Chocolate cupcakes to work on. Please note that this is not a guarentee as vanilla is our standard where as chocolate is offered based on availibility of supplies to our kitchen.
