Vanilla Shells filled with Vanilla Swiss Buttercream
*Students may flavor butterceam with any emulsion/extract that they provide.
-Chocolate Covered Strawberries
Fresh strawberries dipped in colored white chocolate and sprinkled with sanding sugar
-Cake Balls
Vanilla cake balls dipped in colored chocolate and dusted with edible glitter
Fresh flowers will vary depending on availibility.
Full tree stands over 16" tall and has a base diameter of approx 9"
Tree will sit on 10" white cake drum
