Students 12 and older

Great intro into cake carving and piping.
You will the basics of cake carving, filling, layering and working with our favorite Swiss Buttercream. Students will learn a little color theroy and mix thier own buttercream colors to suit their taste. Tons of info packed in one sweet class!
Each Student gets to choose their own colors making their creation one of a kind!!!
