Carrot Cake French Macarons

Ages 8+ (Ages 8-11 needs to be accompanied by an adult. Please purchase Parent and Me ticket)

Students may bring a drink and an apron.

Hands on and Demo

Students will make (from start to finish) and bring home 8 large French macarons carrots complete with large pink bows and trim.

Students have the choice between Carrot Cake Filling or plain swiss buttercream if they do not like carrot cake.

Two ticket options offered.

Student : Participants 12 and older

Parent and Me: 2 chairs 1 project. Adult must be 18 or older, child must be 6-11years of age.

(Any participants not following the requirements will be refused services without a refund.)

What you will learn:

-How to make French Macaron Batter (Demo)

-How to pipe a carrot shaped macs. (Hands on)

-How to make fondant bows (Hands On)

-How to work with various mediums such as royal icing and sprinkles. (Hands On)

-How to work with various tools. (Hands On)

-How to stuff macs with various fillings.
