Buttercream Flower Cup Cake Class

Students 12  years and older welcome

Students may bring a drink and snacks.

A light jacket is recommended as the classroom can get chilly.

In this class you will learn about different types of American buttercream and how to use each. We will focus on the Buttercream Rose as well as some russian tips to create beautiful multicolored flowers.  Rachel will teach you different methods for coloring your buttercream to achieve fun bright color patterns. Each student will execute and take home 12 cupcakes all decorated with these fun beautiful spring flowers.
