Students may bring drinks, snacks and an apron. A light jacket is recommended.

In this class students will complete from start to finish our Belle Fleur Cake pictured.

Techniques learned:

Scalloped Buttercream: Working with acrylic shaped discs and buttercream.

Wafer paper flowers: Learn how to cut, condition, color and attach to create beautiful life like flowers.

Rice paper sails: How to work with rice paper. Color, shape, dry and attach to your cake.

Crinoline edible lace: How to create beautiful ethereal light flexible edible tulle lace.
