What you will learn
How to properly hold and use a pastry bag.
How to pipe with various consistencies of royal icing.
How to work with various tools such as molds and lace mats. (Molds hands on, Lace mat demo)
How to do basic lining and flooding.
How to trouble shoot various common issues.
How to work with fondant and edible dusts/pigments
How to work with stencils and lace
