Courture Cake Class

Students age 17 and older
(Students 12-16 can request approval to sign up which is contingent on skillset)
Ticket Fee: $250
 
We will break for lunch around 12:30-1pm for approximately 1 hour. Students may leave to go eat.
 
Students will learn
-How to stack and fill a multilayer cake
-How to carve multilayer cake
-How to work with Fondant
-How to work with/sculpt Modeling Chocolate 
-How to work with edible lace
-How to work with rice paper
-How to craft fondant bows
-and so so much more......
 
Cake stands 16" tall and sits on a 12" cake drum
 
Ticket Policy
-Deposit Ticket: Full balance must be paid 2 weeks prior to camp date. An invoice will be sent to the email address you registered with. It is the students responsibility to contact us in the event no invoice was received. 
-Camps and classes priced above $150 do not qualify for standard transfers. You can request a transfer up to 2 weeks before the camp date. Each request will be evaluated individually. If approved, a transfer fee of 25% will be applied to offset losses from giving up your spot.
