In this class you will get a crash course on basic cake sculpting and fondant work! Students will work with 3 layers (8") of white cake and buttercream that they will carve into a simple egg shape. Students will learn the basics in working with fondant. The do's and don'ts when preping, kneading, rolling, cutting and forming this rather tricky cake covering. Students will learn how to work with various tools and mediums to complete this super adorable "Caticorn" Squishmallow cake!
