Learn how to create these tricky little cookies from start to finish! We will be exploring the Italian method in this class. My preferred method!
In this hands-on Demo you will see all the ingredients come together to form the perfect macaron batter. Rachel will fully explain each ingredient and its role within the recipe. You will see how they are piped and prepped. Do's and Don'ts when preparing macaron batter. How to flavor and decorate them and so much more!
You will leave with 1dozen cookies (that you fill yourself!) and a recipe packet.
