Each Student will make from start to finish 1 king cake that will serve 12 and a recipe packet.

This IS BIG LOUISIANA!!! LIKE AMAZING BIG!!!!! Ever wanted to learn how to make a King Cake but were to intimidated or maybe you tried, and it was a flop?!?! WELL NOW YOU GET TO LEARN STEP BY STEP!! HANDS ON WITH PROFESSIONAL GUIDANCE!!!! YES, YOU WILL MAKE YOUR VERY OWN TRADITIONAL KING CAKE TO TAKE HOME AND SHARE WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS!!!!! (Students may purchase fillings in store if they would like to fill their king cake with delicious flavors such as strawberry, pineapple, chocolate Bavarian, apple, lemon, blueberry, and raspberry!!!)

Two tickets are offered. Please read carefully.

Class Fee:

= $60 One king cake per One student Student(age 12 and older)

= One king cake per One parent and One child $70"Parent and Me"

"Parent and Me" ticket are only available for .1 Parent/Guardian and 1 child age 8-15

may attend without an adult. Please walk your child to the classroom as you will need to fill out a Release of liability form.Children 12 and older

. Please choose the "Parent and Me" ticket (NO EXCEPTIONS)Children ages 8-11 MUST have an adult present

All students 16 and older must hold their own ticket to participate.

Any Students not following the above are subject to being denied entrance into class WITH OUT A REFUND

In this class each student will get their own dough to roll, fill and braid!!! They will see the dough come together learn the correct ways to handle a yeast dough and how to properly proof it. Each cake will then be taken back to our commercial kitchen where it will be baked to a beautiful golden brown!! While waiting for these delicious beauties to bake up students will make, color, and bag their very own king Cake glaze perfect for the finishing touches!!!
