Student Fee: $20
In this class you will learn all about Royal Icing and the proper consistency for many different applications. Whether you want to line and fill a cookie, pipe words, use a stencil or add detail borders and flowers you will need to utilize a different consistency for each. You will see 2 types of royal icing come together: instant powder and from scratch recipes and learn the pros and cons of each. Learn how to properly fill piping bags and store your Royal Icing afterwards. Plus so much more!
